英國知名PE投資機構BBE近日透漏，經過投資研究部3個月時期的考察與調研，計劃向馬來西亞成長最快的Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd注資3000萬英鎊，收購其71%的控制股權，據了解，雙方已簽訂意向收購協議。
Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd創建1998年，是集黃金、鉆石、寶石、玉器等研發、加工、跨國批發零售于一體的珠寶公司。總部位于馬來西亞檳城，擁有分布在馬來西亞、中東、印度等國生產、研發、銷售等員工1000多人。
